Ive come to the decision that I'm sick n tired of being tired.

Having NO energy seeing that 2 extra pounds, craving late night choc covered

bannana frozen icecream bars (hehe) that its time to "put my arms in the sky" and PoP IT!

So last night was my first Hoedown on the Treadmil that we have had for about 4 months .... Im

proud of myself 30 min i walked and ran watching "our wedding video" laughing at myself.

This morn i did 20 tummy crunches ---OMG that was wicked....

and..I'm fixing to do 20 more right now and 20 more after dinner before the

Treadmill again tonight..... leg lounges are next im sure my first

few days i wont be able to sit on the crapper very well but

this girl is gonna be getting some sleep

at night! Gonna have s0me MAAAAAD energy and gonna be dancing to the HOEDOWN!

At the last minute thursday afternoon my dad called and asked if we wanted to go to Utah for the weekend to see my grandma (whos not doing so well these days)...Um "yes, we would love to go" SO i have packed 3 pairs of clothes each and Fri mon 4am we were off on our way.....here is the fun we had as well as the memories we shared......

Boating was deff a blast although the water was a little cold for me to get into it....We also had the fun of staying at Aaron and Jenny's sat night and man "DOGS" can do tricks...who would have Thunk it???? Im so on the search to find me a cocka-poo...a light brown one too please, and i would love a girl so she can have puppies and i wanna name her Bentleigh...ill post pictures when i find her....moving on we also got to stay at Aaron and Jennys Zion National Park resort house...and hike in ZIon as well.....lots of fun filled days and we all had such a blast....Being with my Grandma was so nice too as were not sure how much longer she will be here...We love you grandma..xoxo

As i was at the market today roaming around picking up the things i needed i realized I am a bit picky in my selections......I only

• drink smart water and my kids love disani
• Simply Apple Juice it must be
• deli turkey plz
• love me some M&M's for a treat
• Shamrock 2%
• organic bananna choc covered frozen treats
• Starbucks coffee (sometimes)

Than it dawned on me that i have daily habbits too

• Gotta be at church 30 min before it starts so we can have donuts and sit and chat with the kids
• kids in bed every night @8ish
• wednesday date night
• fb addiction daily
• no dirty dishes in my sink plz
• love me some wipe out
• Fresh and Easy,Fry's & Trader Joes
• new dinner recipes

are a few of my OCD's, if i had some sort of a memory i could tell you more but for now this is all.....xoxo

Theres nothing more that makes my Heart melt than capturing the 'sprit' of Gods gifts......I love taking pictures ha and i always have .these are just a few of the ones i got of the kids while practicing my skills......Antonia is such a doll face i just love following her around getting every lil grin she gives me....oh and ash is such my lil model...im sure you knowticed that ...and bradley were working on him hes so serious and military like when we tell him to smile...gotta jiggle him up to make it more natural ha! thought you might like to take a peek at what i captured!
